SEBI Grade A Syllabus 2024: The official SEBI Grade A 2024 Notification is out on 10th June 2024 for 97 Assistant Manager Posts to recruit for the post of Grade A Officer (General, Legal, Information Technology (IT), Research and Official Language). The SEBI Grade A Exam Pattern 2024 is for Phase 1 and 2 online exams. There are three stages of the SEBI Grade A : Paper 1 (Prelims), Paper 2 (Mains), and an Interview. SEBI Exam patterns should be comprehended by aspirants to prepare for the exam efficiently.  The selection process as notified in the short notification by SEBI consists of :

SEBI Grade A Phase 1 Exam Pattern 2024

SEBI Grade A Phase 1 exam consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. The question pattern is Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) -based format.

Note:

  • Negative Marking: 1/4th for both papers in Phase 1.
  • Marks secured in Phase 1 will not be counted in final selection.
  • There will be a minimum cut-off percentage criterion in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of Phase 1.
  • The cut-off for Paper 1 is a minimum of 30%, while for Paper 2, it was a minimum of 40%.
  • Candidates must score a separate cut-off in each paper to qualify for Phase 2.

The SEBI Grade A Syllabus have a wide range of topics on which questions are based. SEBI Grade A Syllabus 2024 – Phase 2

Phase 2 is the second stage of the SEBI Grade A 2024 exam. It comprises two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all streams, while Paper 2 is specific to each stream. Please note that the full syllabus for Paper 2 has been given above already to help you prepare. In Paper 1 of SEBI Grade A Phase 2, you will have to showcase your writing skills. This part will be held in English language only. You will be assessed on the basis of precise writing, essay writing and reading comprehension.

SEBI Grade A 2024 Interview

The final round of the SEBI Grade A selection process is the Interview round. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview after qualifying for Phase 1 and 2 exams. The shortlisted candidates can pick out the preferred language for the interview round, either Hindi or English. The weightage of marks obtained in Phase II will be 85%, while marks obtained in the interview shall be given a weightage of 15% of the final result.
